Our sole reason for existing is to get all our community involved in improving our town. All residents of Bathgate can be members and its free to join.

Our meetings are now back to in person and we are holding them twice a year on the first Thursday of the appropriate month at 7pm .. Members automatically get an invitation to the meeting

The members elect the Directors who operate the trust on a day to day basis and the elections happen at the Annual General Meeting
The last AGM was held in January 2025
The Next AGM will be on the 22rd of January 2026 at 7pm in the Partnership. The directors meet monthly on the first Thursday of the month
